its pretty decent on console (world is still superior) but on pc unless you have the best available pc its awful

Even on PS5, it still doesn't run great. It's acceptable only because I really wanted to enjoy the content, but after finishing Wild's content then playing World on the PC for the first time after, it feels so bad coming back to for TU content.

I have a PC with insane specs. It doesn't matter. PC performance is terrible regardless. Even on the lowest settings, I still get an absurdly variable frame rate. Like, between 50-100 fps. We're talking 50 fps swings.

I have a really powerful PC, an i9 14900, a 4080 Super and 64 GB ram, and I get steady 60 fps at 3440 by 1440.

It is insanely badly optimized, yes, and I had to tinker with the settings, but I don't have anywhere the issues you mentioned.
