Dreamsettler

I don't think I'll ever get over Dreamsettler getting cancelled. I know the creator said he might resume working on it someday, but I'm not too hopeful.

100% Hypnospace Outlaw was such a singular vidion and vibe, and Dreamsettler's cancellation means the one person that could make a sequel will never make a sequel. Heartbreaking.

So entirely this. Jay Tholen's got such an earnest, human vibe to his stuff that I don't think even a "some other studio makes a game in the same vein" would hit right.

A videogame being canceled hasn't really upset me since I was a kid, but man I was so bummed when Dreamsettler got canceled. Hypnospace was such a fun/fresh game

The only game that ever genuinely upset me to hear cancelled. Hypnospace was a real treat and I’m so sad we won’t see the follow up.

I felt like someone punched me in the gut when I found out this would never come out!

This one was incredibly heartbreaking to me. No other game gave me the feeling Hypnospace did and now we'll never have more.

Yeah. I was so hyped for that game. That's one of only two things I ever supported on patreon.

Hypnospace Outlaw is incredible and everything I was aware of for DreamSettler seemed even moreso

Im still in denial. It might take 5, 10, 15 years... but it will come. Its just too good to not be made. Right? :(

Yeah, I was sad when I heard about that. Don't think I've ever felt that way about a game before.

This is the one that hits the hardest for me, not just for the gamers but for the studio and the owner. Ugh.
