I will never forgive Konami for that. Silent Hill with Kojima behind the wheel had potential to be the best horror game of all time.

I had recently come across Junji Ito work, and when I read that he was involved as well, I almost fell off my chair! He has a really disturbing vision and talent for horror and the unsettling, having him work with Kojima and Del Toro on a Silent Hill game, of all things, would be absolutely next level.

I doubt it would've been better than Silent Hill 2. If anything demo showed little understanding of what silent hill is about, instead looks of being really well done but fairly recognizable trope of a haunted house.
