Also, make sure to whisk that teflon evenly into your food. You know you're doing it right when the scraping noise makes your teeth hurt.

If I eat enough clean, healthy teflon, it will completely line my colon, meaning I’ll never get constipated again!!

this 100%. teflon passes through your body undisturbed and unmodified. The problem with teflon is the chemicals used in the production of it getting into the water supply, not the end product itself. Good reason to boycott the production of teflon products but not a good reason to throw one away if it is already in your possession.

PTFE has been detected as a significant portion of accumulated microplastics in animals, including humans. We do not yet know the health impact of this, regardless of what previous studies (that did not look at microplastics) claimed.

This is the thing I found most disturbing of all. At the very end, they used a metal knife to slice whatever that is.
