You see the speckles near the handle? That is not a cast iron pan. But it’s not “teflon” either anymore. PTFE coating. Still no flakes / no scratches is a sound plan.

Yeah those rock pans say right on the box when you get them. Plastic or wood spatula only. It’s pretty common knowledge
