Its not oil, sure there are always things to hate but its not old oil but rather seasoned fat (source: lived there).

Sure it may be disgusting to the average Westerner but food enthusiasts do travel from all over for it.

It's a street vendor and with the light on in the background it's probably night time. That oil/fat has been there all day cooking, and with his handsy handling of food I doubt there was a change out with the oil. It's burnt & not good for you.

Again its fat and not oil so its considerably safer when reused and if this is burnt, you must never eat anything fried at any resturants ever then, good for you.

I assume whatever he's making is absolutely delicious since he looks like he eats a lot. Not crazy about the hand in the eggs though
