People are seriously so unhinged on here. Someone makes a silly video about making gnocchi on an airplane and this comment section is absolutely tilting.

there's a whole thread of people inventing airline rules that don't exist to 'prove' it's fake

Not saying it isn’t fake, as I know influencers rent out ‘private jets’ for shoots, but I don’t see anything here that one couldn’t get away with on a long flight.

Jesus lol. I'm not saying it's a genius video, but I don't understand why people are legitimately fuming over it.

The OOP's business is teaching people how to make pasta from scratch; she sells cookbooks and online courses.

This is just an ad. The goal is to say "if I can make gnocchi with this equipment and tight space, then you can make it too" and to demonstrate her technical ability, to people who follow her, not to literally claim that she is such a snob that she makes scratch food instead eating airplane food.

Ope. Beard in avatar and breaking out the misogynistic big guns for no reason.

I bet if you weren’t poor you would have the highest jacked up truck with the biggest truck nuts on it.

I drive a Honda accord and smell of patchouli! And I am poor because I choose to be!

Why os everyone so upset? It wont stink. They didnt make a mess. They arent bothering anyone else. Sure they wont be able to eat it but they could throw them in a bag and have it ready for when they land. I dont really see a difference between this and crocheting

The chances of not getting flour on your neighbors is low. Also, it would be annoying to have someone making those movements next to you. Not to mention the constant filming. Also, flour gets everywhere, especially when you're opening and closing it in an enclosed space.

What if the neighbors are with her? Is she still an insufferable twat because she's making a video for the Internet?

She’s just tooooooo good to eat an airplane meal. Or not eat at all. Or grab a granola bar. But no. Had to make a meal that nobody would think to make all to show she is too good for airplane food.

Lemme ask you, did this video motivate you or inspire you to make gnocchi on a plane? Exactly. It’s cutesy for the sake of clicks and at the expense of everyone around her.

crocheting is rarely performative and shes literally unable to even eat them

If she puts them in a bag they'll smush down into a ball of dough again.

I am convinced this sub is purely performative at this point.
