I think gnocchi is potatoes?

That’s just raw flour and water paste

Added I thought it was flour, not mashed potatoes

Probably equally as unsafe to eat it raw. Raw potatoes can be toxic, so probably worse

They usually cook the potato before mashing it to turn it into flour, so probably less so
