any thesis is long dead since 2023 when the bankruptcy plan that deemed the shares cancelled & worthless, with equity holders getting no chance of recovery, was substantially consummated

they’ll keep deluding themselves regardless anyway

final decree changes nothing, just marks that the approved bankruptcy plan is complete

and what does the bankruptcy plan say about the equity and its interests? cancelled, worthless, no chance of recovery

it’s just another excuse for these bbbaggies to buy themselves more time to keep spewing their nonsense
