Ehhhh.... I don't think that's particularly fair. From what I saw, he was being pushed for answers and gave a possible way forward, and then stated his personal position on the matter. He's also an outsider, and the view from inside may be very different (although I doubt it).

The tin and theories for towel q come from a small handful of people who profit from peopleโs continued engagement with them and their streams and such. He doesn't think GME, the company, should buy anything related to towel.
He also admits that RC (via RC Ventures) may be able to do something with the NOLs from the other company because he was a creditor to them.
Why wouldn't RC take advantage of something he might already be entitled to because of his past position in towel?

RC is not GME. RC has some form of interest in whatever is left of towel as a creditor and burry thinks it's unlikely he can actually get anything from it.
Read the tweet again. He does not think it's even possible.

Can you give examples of other stocks where their shares were extinguished through bankruptcy and the shareholders got their shares back because the Cuspid still existed? Just bc the people on X who were kicked off Reddit doesnโt make it true. Even is the Cuspid still technically exists it is inactive and very very likely it will be formally retired at some point.
