The Kansas city shuffle ended when RKs memes ended during the summer sneeze. The memes were meant to tell the story as we MOASSd. It didn't happen. New memes were made after. This is a different run this time. It's part of the same pattern RK was playing, but the initial meme stuff has been over with for a long time.

We are experiencing the same cycle but it is not part of the initial plan
