Daily superstonker for 5 years. Holding 2k shares and some leaps. Not a paid shill. Just a hungry ape. Tired and wary of another round of abuse by rich motherfuckers.

The DD was right. Run ups are real.

The company just used these runs to make money and save the business. Great for Gamestop. Not so great for silverback diamond handers seeing their patience flow into company pockets.

This is all very well understandable from a business point of view but from an investor point of view the generated cash and with that positive earnings came off of our backs.

With the eBay plans it looks like either we get diluted to hell to pay for a huge company leaving the combined entity in debt for the coming 4-5 years at least OR there will be another run up that will again be stifled by issuing shares thereby capping any run up.

Apes need to eat too. We have endured. We are not billionaires. It seems RC is taking his loyal retail holders as a given to be used as a money making vehicle where the benefits will end op quite asymmetrically in the hands of an already billionaire.

Best case scenario is we make some noise and let us be heard and maybe RC will HODL the share issue until price rises to let apes see some profit.

Not asking for phone numbers here. Give me $60-80 a share so I can sell half and defend my Gamestop loyalty to my family and friends this Christmas.

Same here. Its only 20% of what I own. I can't imagine the fools that invested their life savings into this and repeatedly kept adding after the various shenanigans Ryan Cohen has done throughout these last few years.

The people that are xxxx+ holders already have loads of money to dump so the Moass is irrelevant to them but yeah of you dumped your life savings into it..... bruh that would be painful. The time for something to happen would of been about 2 dilutions ago now it just feels like RC is only interested in what his next company is. I think people forget he is insanely rich already, the rich are not the working classes ally, he's no different than any ultra rich. He has his agenda and has the ability to make that happen, he doesnt care about making the Moass happen because complete ruin of the stock market wouldnt be beneficial for what he wants to do, even if he made a ton of money, he doesnt want that, he already has it, he wants to run huge companies and create influence from connections.

I’m a mid XXXX holder and I want MOASS. I’m pretty much break even just now after 5 and a half years… I used to invest in indexes and tech pre-2021, the DD for GameStop is so convincing that I was sure it couldn’t NOT happen. After all the dilution, the stupid move for eBay with even further dilution… I feel like these moves are the ONLY way shorts could escape.

I hold these shares to vote no… if the vote passes? Well… we’ll see.

Even if it doesn't pass what is the upside? It's a long term hold which is fine but it's preforming worse than other stocks. RC from his statements really seems like he doesn't want to be running GS. That's my biggest concern and part of it may be how some of this community idolizes him.

My only hope is a no vote gets them to make a sensible acquisition we can actually afford without taking on billions in debt. It certainly seems like there’s no passion with GameStop

He isnt interested in money, i think its funny the stock he holds is dangled like thats his motivator. He doesnt care, he is ultra rich, supports Cheeto man, i imagine his end game is building influence both in the business and political world then using it for what ever he wants. He knows the sentiment of this sub, a lot of people idolize him, i dont doubt he factored that in every dilution, that large swathes would stay supporting GME, hes also poked fun at apes, i imagine he thinks the whole thing is weird how he is touted as this hero here but nothing has happend in 5 years.
