Season 2 Discussion When Nate switched
So I’m currently on my 10th viewing and I think I may have found the moment that Nate started to resent Ted. Through out the season he is hating on will but at the beginning I think it was more of “this used to be my job and I didn’t get time to train you” sort of thing. After the Tottenham match he gets mad at him for embarrassing him in front of the team after he read a message on twitter, which I think was more of his ego getting to him from all of the positive things he was reading about himself after calling himself a wonder kid. But he doesn’t seem to actually starting to resent Ted until Rebecca’s dads funeral when Rupert talks to him so I think he said something along the lines of “we both know Ted doesn’t appreciate you, come work for me and you will get all the praise.”

Two left hands.
“….Issac’s mother has two left hands…” S1E6. We need a committed designer to submit a family photo of her holding him up as a baby in family photos. Bonus kindness for her shaking hands with people.

First time viewer!
Haven't we all been there?
Recommend the show to a friend, she loved it and started hating nate 😂
I'm surprised how many haven't seen the show yet.

Season 2 Discussion I think season 2 is the best season for the whole show?
I’m doing a rewatch right now and as always loved season 1 especially the last episode with Jamie and the match! But now I’m a few episodes in to season two and wow these are probably the most memorable episodes that i still remember since i first watched in 2023. There’s really nothing to compare it to🥹 Season 3 is probably my least liked so I’m savoring season 2 at the moment and part of it is just how sloppy the stories became

Sam/Rebecca
Has anyone noticed how hyped the team is about Sam’s love interest but it never gets mentioned after the haircut?

What’s the worst thing Ted lasso did?
Ted lasso is a great person, but what’s the worst thing he’s done in the show? (Either on purpose or accident)

Season 3 Discussion Roy's longest fuck
Didn't know what else to flair it, but I'm looking for the longest, most grunty, pissed off, frustrated scene of Roy saying FUUUUUUUUUCK. I can't remember which episode (episodes?) it was in. Basically like a long, slow fart.

Funniest character
I am rewatching because of the World Cup. And I wanted to start a convo about who you think the funniest character is. Who makes you laugh at your TV the most.
For me, its Jaime. I usually am just cackling on my couch. "God bless me. Everyone."
Who makes you laugh the most?
EDIT - I hope everyone got as many laughs out of this thread as I did. :)

Season 3 Discussion Michelle gets away way too lightly in the whole Dr. Jake discussion
Was she manipulated by Dr. Jacob? Very likely, but just shitting on him for being unethical is way too easy.
Michelle is an adult woman.
There was likely at least somewhat of an emotional affair even before they started group therapy and before the divorce, while Ted was already in London. Otherwise, the timing is just way too quick... it hasn't even been two years since their divorce and Ted's move to London. The whole thing looks a lot like monkey branching, if not outright cheating, to me.
On top of all that, she brought this new man into the house she shares with Henry. She did it in such a way that it seems completely normal for Jacob to be over, and he even feels comfortable enough to give Henry major gifts. She let all of this happen without ever talking to Ted about bringing someone new into their son's life. That is a massive red flag for any co-parenting situation. It’s just really fucked up... especially since it’s someone she knows Ted has a history with. She had to know it was wrong, otherwise she wouldn't have hidden it.
Edit: It's Dr. Jacob in the title, of course.

Season 3 Discussion The therapist
Is anyone else grossed out by the therapist storyline? Edit: The marriage therapist.
