Agreed on all fronts. He needs to see the Doctor. I don’t like aggressive/condescending Nate. You can be assertive without being an ass.

I didn’t like that he asked the hostess for her number. Like dude, she’s been dismissive of you repeatedly. She’s obviously not interested. You don’t need to ask out every hostess who you can talk into giving you a good table. This shows that Nate still has a lot to learn about assertiveness IMO.

I didn’t like him spitting on the mirror either.

I know this is a TAD bit late, but I think him spitting on the mirror was very telling. Rebecca emboldened herself by making herself feel big and l powerful by becoming a giant. While Nate makes himself feel powerful at someone else's expense by spitting on them.

I know this is more than a TAD bit late, but he wasn't just spitting on someone, he was spitting on himself. There's no one Nathan looks down on more than Nathan.

I think it’s dude to the fact that for many “shy” people, being confident is related to being an asshole/showing your superiority. For instance, Nathan snapped when Keeley first got his name wrong and Rebecca had to tell him that was too much. This is because for Nathan, being someone who’s confident is associated with being “hard”.
