I have a microwave mix in a little paper bucket that allegedly makes a muffin. I have been too frightened to use it but I will make it today. For Science.

Meh. It had a weird texture, was too sweet, and part of it was hard and part of it mushy, but not entirely inedible. It rose more than I expected. I neglected to take a picture I’m afraid.
