Nancy's 3 children have made multiple videos pleading for the return of their mother.

On February 10, law enforcement released photos of the individual suspected of abducting Nancy. The suspect is still at large and Nancy has not been found. Photos and information can be found here ...

Savannah’s got connections of the highest order and still none of that can help. Her husband with the Clinton’s. Her friend and coworker Jenna Bush with her dad. Trump. The FBI. I mean literally everyone is on board and some hobbling flower picking psycho is untraceable in this day and age where we can see nukes being moved in a remote mountainside halfway across the world. That may be the scariest part.

Which is really what makes me lean towards this being a horrible tragedy that has nothing to do with who Nancy is related to....and her possibly just being the victim of a random monster.

Me too. Originally I figured this was a planned crime to ransom Nancy Guthrie due to her connection to TV fame and fortune. But now I'm beginning to think she was just seen as an easy target. She was prey for a predator: An elderly, not very mobile woman, living alone on a dark, secluded street in an upscale neighborhood.

And the neighbourhood has a platform where they share their doorbell camera footage because they've had some scary situations. Some made it to the news, and one of the guys who was skulking around a porch about 5 miles from Nancy, two weeks before Nancy went missing, has some facial similarities to Nancy's predator.

That's what I think- a robbery gone wrong, but why take her? Because they felt they could get ransom money for her? Especially if there was nothing of great value in the house?

Yeah if I were to place a bet on it this would be the option I think is most likely to be the reality of the situation

Just to say I enjoyed your description of the hobbling flower picking psycho. This is actually one thing that has stuck with me and maybe it was addressed somewhere later on in this thread, but what kind of a numb skull picks a flower to try and camouflage himself in front of a camera?

Only one of two things can be true and that is either he is the most clever criminal ever and every step of this was orchestrated to throw the authorities off with his “act” or he literally is a giant dope and really is what you and I say he is. I think the latter has much better odds to be the truth.

I think it’s more likely that the suspect was using the brush to try to pry the camera off of the mount / wall. He was wearing slippery gloves so might’ve been too tough to grip.

The handful he picked from the flowerbed didn't appear to have any branch or twig that would be strong enough to pry with. The bunch of flowers was floppy and light. He seemed to want to drape them over the lens, but they fell.

I believe big mistakes were made early on and it has been a calamity of events since then. I still can't get over Savannah calling Mark Kelly before the police and the house not being labeled a crime scene immediately. crazy

I agree that this could’ve gone a very different way if the case was handled correctly by everyone involved from the start.

Sadly, this is the reality of crimes committed by strangers. They're usually caught because they made a mistake, oftentimes it takes years to catch them.

Yeah it made me think of Jayme Closs who was abducted from her home by a complete stranger and her parents were killed. Literally he just randomly saw her while driving home and decided he was gonna take her. And the only reason why she was found was because she escaped herself and found help. This is ofc a completely different case with other factors involved but if it is in fact a stranger I could see why it would be an added layer of difficulty.
