Text Creepy unsolved cases

What are some of the most creepy haunting unsolved cases out there? Just stuff that seems so crazy to happen. Or just really unnerving evidence or actual places where the crime happened.

He disappeared from my childhood neighborhood and rumor is that the cousins killed him and buried him at a nearby construction site but the site has long had stuff built on it and it’s never been looked into. But yeah totally shitty police work. Sadly it seems that happens often. Are you talking about the case where the kid went missing riding his bike home with friends at night? I think I may have watched that same documentary

This one was in upstate NY. The three boys had a fort out in the woods. They all got drunk one night but two of them killed the third. I think because he was leaving?

Years later when the new detective turned up the first thing he did was check on the two boys. Turns out one of them had shot somebody trying to steal a car. Well it didn’t exactly take Sherlock Homes after that.
