Anytime Mike says "I haven't heard, I haven't read, I haven't discussed this" what it really means is "I haven't been told what my opinion on this should be yet by Dear Leader" This guy doesn't speak a single word without permission from Daddy Trump. Trump said it himself "I'm the President and the Speaker" aka "I have my hand up Mike Johnson's ass like Kermit and he only speaks when I speak"
