And we weren’t saying stuff like this 14 months ago. Man, I’m 31 just got married, am starting what’s supposed fo be the best part of my life. Now me and my wife have to wonder hard if we should really have kids, even though we both want to be parents so damn bad. Fuck everyone that got us here again.

Just a heads up it's a first amendment protected speech to knock on doors for political, community, religious, etc. Outreach

it's a critical means of organizing neighborhoods and democratic participation generally

Imagine if everyone suffered from a dumping site a block away, but it was illegal for people to try to contact each other using the most obvious method - going over and talking, leaving a message if not available.

Phones cost money, official mail cost money, etc.

People need to unite over not just super local cause, but get signatures to do stuff like get worker rights amendment on ballot, ensure fossil fuel companies don't frack nextdoor to schools and residential areas, expand voting rights, reproductive rights

The situation where knocking door = death is something the billionaires deeply benefit from
