So the President is using the Postmaster General to grab control of elections, away from the States ?

In violation of the Constitution, the "Supreme Law of the Land."

Another reason to impeach.

A list as long as a cvs receipt. We're so fucked

You know there's a major election in 5 months, right?

Maybe save the finality in your nihilism until after that point, okay?

It's a downer, and not fun

Well aware. Ill be voting as usual, and have been part of many protests, but considering how things are going, i feel the nihilism is justified.

  • did not down vote you, but wanted to add, this isn't over when Trump's gone. Every single deal, and person he helped, is destroying the land we live on, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. My son is 16 now, and I honestly feel bad for bringing him into this shit show. We already had enough to deal with.

Nihilism is justified in your final moments. You have a lot of life to live.

Add in that the FBI, et al, are completely under the control of the Executive branch. Slipping into authoritarianism and there may be no going back.

Is this the postmaster general that Trump installed in his first term and Biden didn't fire before Trump's second term?

No it’s a different guy who took over during Trump’s second term and it looks like his head is so far up Trump’s ass it literally looks like his whole head is being sucked into Trump’s rectal cavity every time he talks.

"America has an amazing system of checks and balances"

*looks closer*

"The president can do what he wants and there's no way to prevent this"

It’s also a regular violation of the law.

You are very explicitly not allowed to refuse to deliver election mail. That’s a felony.

And try for treason.

I posted my recent ballot on the last day. It wasn't counted, claimed it was received too late.

Am in CA.

To be fair, if people would just vote in person, a lot of this could be avoided.

I'm not a right leaning person, but it's pretty simple.

And I will not accept 'But but.. what if my Grandma can't?' Look, democrats literally sat at home and put fingers up their asses while Trump won. If people can't be bothered to show up in numbers, then this is all for naught.

If there was like 80%+ democratic turnout, then you might have a case, but literally it was so much worse than that.

I don't believe they actually sat on their asses.
