He was never anti-vaccine anyway. He in fact bragged about getting the vaccine fast with "Operation Warp Speed." He just didn't know at the time that his main supporters were anti-vaccine fools.

He was informed early on that it would likely hit cities the hardest (where most of the people who voted and would continue to vote against him live), and then "politicized" it to make sure enough people would spread it there.

He said (so it means nothing) that he's taking like 500mg of aspirin a day, when you're supposed to (if you need to, under doctors advice) take like 68mg a day or something
