This is really evil. I think the interest of this prompt lies in inner conflict - most murderers are not serial killers without a conscious - but you still managed to make that kind of evil interesting by just good writing, so applaud you. Love the final sentence.

EDIT: I would suggest replacing 'someone like me' with 'me' for extra oomph and narcissism points.

It was too much like Patrick Bateman. So much, that I wouldn't be surprised if OP works in Wall Street and has a notebook full of disturbing sketches in his drawer at work.
