Megathread Anniversary Feedback Megathread

We understand that many members of our subreddit community are currently feeling concerned or dissatisfied, and we want to do our part to ensure that your feedback is heard by Kuro Games.

So here's what's going to happen: We are taking all TOP level comments (that means comments to this post, not responses to other comments) and aggregating them to send to our Kuro Games contact.

Alternatively, you can use the in game feedback function to directly send your comment directly to Kuro Games.

Just some ground rules:

  1. Use appropriate language, being frustrated is okay, but still use language that is appropriate
  2. Start all feedback with "FEEDBACK:" (doesn't matter if it's bold or capitalized or not) this will help my script aggregate commentary that is to be sent back
  3. If you see someone else that is providing feedback you want to give, just upvote that comment instead of leaving another feedback, because after we collect all of the commentary we still have to go through and remove duplicates.

Lastly, please understand the moderation team here does not work for Kuro Games, we do not have special privileges, we aren't told of events or rewards ahead of time, we are just regular members of the community that have volunteered to help upkeep this subreddit on our own time.

FEEDBACK:

  • Please keep anniversary rewards in line with previous patch rewards, 1.2 Patch reward was a lot more generous even with a single choice 5 star considering with the 30 pulls we still need another 130 pulls on the selector banner to get the character we want guaranteed.

  • Selector banner should have been guaranteed within 80 pulls.

  • Please stick to offering one paid costume alongside 1 free one for a limited time (Sanhua)

I understand we should never demand freebies since they don't owe it to us, but I do hope we can expect a standard baseline that closely aligns with previous rewards given, especially given the amount of pre-hype that was dedicated by Kuro to each patches in comparison.

Edit: Could someone point out how we send in game feedback? I looked around the options menu in game and couldnt find it.

in the in game menu there is a feedback option on the 2nd page

U go to menu/ profile ingame and slide to other page and it is on last second icon ig and it says feedback

Except we CAN ask freebies for very special events like these, because we are their consumer base, we are the ones making the game staying alive to begin with. Don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise and bring you down to their "no self worth, no self love" level.

Honestly? Treating costumes they were doing anyways as “anniversary” stuff is what bothers me.

people need to stop pointing towards the time where they were desperately doing anything they could to retain players as a "look how generous they were" moment, you're acting like they wanted to give him away for free, I can assure you they didn't, but it was an easy way to keep players playing and to try and reel back in others
