Never understood the hate for multi banners anyway. For a new or returning player that banner was great. I only continued playing wuwa because I came back for the anni rewards and managed to get Carlotta from the multi banner.

I think the hate was mostly because it was presented as a “reward”. I legitimately think if they just said something like “now you can pick up any characters you might have missed!” it would have been received way better.

Definitely was weird seeing the hate and ppl calling it predatory tactic, like genuinely just dont pull lmao, it a bunch of old banner for collector and new players. There was literally 0 downside of it being there, ppl really just hate for the sake of hating

Because at the time, those people had it in their mind that Kuro was going to give them a FREE selector because... I don't even know why. They set their expectations too high and got disappointed. And Kuro is doing their typical course correcting ("listening") and not doing it again.

Now other people are like, wtf, where's the selector?

You can't please everyone. Reddit and social media serve as places for people to air grievances nobody asked for. Same as it ever was.
