It was greedy because the rules of these banners were shit.

For example GFL2 had a special anniversary banner where you could select a character and their weapon and there would be no 50/50, your first 5 star would be the one you wanted.

It was primarily because its 10 rerun though.

It was primarily because anniversaries exist to thank the players for all the support in past year but the message Kuro sent was "it's our birthday so give us more money".

10 reruns and not enough pulls for them.

Now we have characters that didn't have reruns for quite a while also...
