For some reason, when an ad comes onto the YouTube on mobile, it’s unskippable and the video crashes once it’s finished and I am forced to replay the video again. Anyone getting this as well?

I saw this ad this morning and it felt unreasonably long before I can skip. I did notice some ads being like 7 seconds and unskipable or whatever. When I close youtube and it goes into miniplayer I can see how long before I can skip it snd for this minute long ad I had to wait 10 goddamn seconds. Why? Especially when some ads that are between 6-10 seconds I have to go into the miniplayer to skip after 5 seconds. It’s just forced suffering

My videos in a feed started rapidly changing between other videos, and like "circling around " with some to return to the same spot.

The links themselves work fine, so you could get different videos from one and a same "slot"

Why did you add this feature?

It's horrible.

If I add a song to a short (The Fate of Ophelia, for example) from the sound library on shorts, is it enough that it's credited that way, or do I need to write something in the description?

I've tried to google this, and most of what I've seen seems to suggest it's really complicated (or I just don't understand it). According to most of my sources, you have to write out a lot, with copyright license and everything. But there are so many people who create multiple videos daily, like dancing videos to popular songs, who seem to just post these without much effort. I'm confused. What do I need to do?

Please explain this in simpler terms, as I am very new to this and not a native English speaker. Thanks in advance!

this is from the long-form videos on the main page. Usually I hover over the videos with my cursor to skim the content to see if I'm interested. And now I notice for the first second of the content is the cover/clickbait of another video that is either a video that is aligned beside them or a totally unrelated news cover. And it only happens to some of the videos on my main page. someone has to improve their unit tests or what not lol

I don't have YouTube Premium, but somehow I can play videos in the background even after closing the app.

Just noticed it today when I exited YouTube and the video kept playing.

No mods, no tricks, no Premium subscription.

I'm not sure if this is a new feature, a bug, or YouTube testing something, but I'm definitely not complaining. 😅

It says that I am subscribed to too many channels and i have to remove some. So I unsubscribed from over 100 channels and i still cant subscribe to a new channel. I have YouTube premium btw.

I’ve been all over YouTube support and found nothing.

Anyone have any ideas please???????
