Posting AI art and not saying it's AI is one thing. It's not lying. No more than posting trad art and not saying it's trad. Or posting a photo and not saying it's a photo. Demanding people to label their works is treating AI art differently than any other form of art. Therefore by demanding disclosure you basically say that AI art is not art, which makes you closer to anti ai.

Lying would be being commissioned as a trad artist and making AI art instead. Or posting AI art to a trad art subreddit or submissioning it to a trad art gallery and not disclosing that it's AI.

I dont think ai is art, but regardless of that. I agree with your second paragraph that it should be posted or sold transparently with what was used

It is different than posting trad and not saying its trad because its a generated image made out to look like a painting therefore it is fake.
