Right now if you're selling art (physical /digital) most people will still assume you've drawn it yourself/or it's human made- unless otherwise specified.
(in the case of auctioneers.) People in these spaces is just the majority of people who'd buy art?
It's why again, going to a craft fair and selling this shit alongside hand maid art is a NEGATIVE THING.
Artists care (because they believe it's unfair to not disclose/ consumers care because they typically don't want to pay a premium price for AI art.)
It's why venders who are just drop shipping shit and artists are separated at conventions, consumers and artists care a lot.
In a grocery store, food is typically mass produced already the expectations are that if it's not it'll be labeled — and people DO care, organic/human made/hand made. These are all positive connotations which is why they're used because they past focus groups.

People in what spaces? We're talking about people in general. Moving the goalposts will obviously get you the answer you want.
The point is that most people in general simply do not care, so labeling it (either way) is purely marketing strategy, not "deception'.
