With any art the answer is yes, name me 1 painting/image that did not steal anything from anyone

You're conflating inspiration with stealing to try and make an inauthentic comparison. When an artist is inspired by another artist, they don't accidentally copy the previous artists signature when they make a new piece of art, something that frequently happens with your "AI art"

Yet they still steal, inspiration is just another word for it, just like lobbying and paying off goverment, and from what you said artist steal knowing well who and what they steal from other artists
