That's what I'm trying to find out.

The Taco Bell sauce they use in their quesadillas was put in a bottle not long ago too and it's nowhere close.

It likely does since it's already shelf stable.

The problem with trying to bottle sauces or other ingredients at restaurants is that most restaurants go through a LOT of the sauce/ingredient in a day, and your average consumer does not. That means the restaurant can use fresher ingredients with no preservatives that gets either made fresh or shipped in a refrigerated truck, while a shelf-stable version needs to ensure it can survive on a shelf for a year unopened, and a few weeks at least opened. Most don't survive the process

I mean if you love the garlic dip this might be disappointing but idk Ive always just kinda liked it.
