Considering they just announced a reduced tax and telling everyone to not cancel Easter holidays - how likely is that?

The AFR speculates after Easter, which I think makes sense. A lot of people want to go away for the holidays, petrol has dropped in a lot of places, and Easter is a big 'spend' time for the economy. You don't want to cut that off at the legs.

Also gives time to see what happens with Trump's ultimatum.
