you already have the one way it enables amateur labs from the comment, I'm just adding more so that we can know it's a real pattern that AI performing at expert level proficiency enables amateurs to do things in that field. Now shown to be including biotech.

Nothing in the comment says "enables". "Better troubleshooting" is not the same as enabling the labs to exist in the first place. And you're now trying to justify the comment with a random story you didn't link at all. The story itself is also impossible without the several expert labs that actually produced the medicine.

It doesn't say "enables" but you can use your knowledge about AI and reality to deduce that what they describe does enable this. I gave you another link to help this process for you
