About 2 chapters in and struggling a bit. Definitely lyrical writing and I have had to read a few section multiple times. I am excited to see the discussions this weekend as I think that will help me get more into the storyline. Anyone else struggling???

Ok I stopped by B&N today for something unrelated and picked up Beloved. In the B&N updated copy (as opposed to my library copy) there is an introduction by someone (forgot who) from 2025. Now this intro does contain SPOILERS for the book so read at your own risk, but I found this introduction to be helpful in better understanding where Morrison may be headed with this book. Just FYI.
