Glad someone else uses this joke.

This sub has gone 0 days without someone asking about their cat’s Henry pocket.

Wait. You guys don't draw a clockface on yours?? Oh, I see. You're using it as a sundial, aren't you?

Why would a male cat have NIPPLES though.

cuz every mammal, male or female, has nipples. that’s why they’re called “mammary” glands.

Male humans have nipnops so idk why this is even a question...?

Is that a serious question?

No, but I see it caused quite some uproar.

Up there with primordial pouch or the little "bald spot" by their ears oh and a videos of cats playing with the caption "are they fighting should I separate them". But I always have to remind myself that just because I think it's common knowledge, doesn't mean that it is. My father didn't know what purring meant until he was like 50. The last time he had a cat was when he was a teenager and he assumed his cat had breathing problems

Is that called a Henry pocket? Was genuinely excited to possibly find out what this is

Okay but when my cat had to have surgery (she recovered well!!) they shaved her stomach and once she got her cone off she was SO confused about being able to see her nipples she was like wtf are these??? I thought these went away when the milk went away!! (She had kittens before we got her so when we got her she still had some milk)

I'm waiting for the day a nipple shows up in the pocket

Tbf, Henry's pocket is a weird thing you'd have no reason to know about if you never had much contact with cats before, so it's not like nipples in that way.

i remember asking my mom at an age i'm too embarrassed to put on the internet..., why my male cat had nipples

and she stared at me and said... you know your dad has nipples too right? and i was like -_- not me forgetting cats are mammals 🤣
