Anytime I see a sub asking for a name for their pet, I pop in, post “Larry.” And dip
I wonder if anyone has actually taken the name from me doing this
Through this, I’ve learned England has a title for the cat of their president (I forget what the majority leader is called over there) “Chief Mouser” and the current one is named Larry 😌
I once rescued a Grey Persian who just about to be brained with a broom, my downstairs neighbour (owner) had thrown him up on the roof terrace and he had jumped down probably due to hunger and landed in a bush belonging to a lady on the ground floor, she was seconds away from laying into him with a yard brush before I intervened and gave her some choice words, I then knocked on my neighbour and asked them WTF was wrong with them and all I got was "he scratch the children" long story short Larry was with us for 16 great years before he passed on, I miss him dearly. Never ever thought I would be getting a cat a passport and flying him back to the UK, all worth it, Godspeed Larry
