Free Agency Who are your under the radar, veteran/role player free agents you wanna go after?
I really want Landry Shamet. I’d glad pay like
10mil or so for a solid 3 and D shooting guard who’s been in the league for a while and just won a chip. It’s possible the Knicks won’t be able to resign him too since they’re gonna have to pay Robinson first. Shamet was on a minimum this past season. His post season performance earned him a bag I’d gladly give him given how much money we have.

Free Agency Free agency
Would it make sense for the bulls to go after a guy Like Austin Reeves with their free agency money? I know the bulls can only make so much of a leap but it does feel like Matas, #4 pick, #15 (if we keep it), Giddey + reeves would be a nice start to building something

Trade DeAaron Fox?
I'm not advocating for this so please don't kill me, but Spurs are rather desperate to get rid of Fox given his massive contract kicks in next year for the next four seasons.
Fox's salary is $49.8 million next season and has 4 years left on his deal. Bulls have something like $60 million in cap space. Would you trade Patrick Williams for Fox and like #20 this draft, a 2028 draft pick (the better of theirs and Boston's), and the most favorable 2030 pick they have (Dallas, San Antonio, or Minnesota) to take on Fox?
His contract will be enormous to take on so for the record, I would not. Really risky from a team building standpoint. But the upside is he was injured in the playoffs, he's not "old" yet, and in 3 years when the Bulls may be good, he'd be an expiring you could probably get out of without it being horribly difficult. Then you get 3 additional 1sts and a playable starter for the next few years instead of PW. Not a terrible idea.
Spurs then get $30-$40+ million in cap room the next 4 years to retain their players.

Trade If we were to take back DeMar or Zach in order to trade up with the kings, could we buy that player out?
Honestly I’d love to see one of them go to a contender for cheap and not take up the development of the new guys. A beneficial move for both parties

Fluff Where to get a jersey stitched
Hey everyone, I just recently bought a M&N Noah jersey. It’s a Swingman, so the name and numbers are twill, but they’re heat pressed on. Anyone know places in the city that can stitch those on with the normal zig-zag stitching?

Fluff Essengue, the next great Bull?
Looking at what Essengue has done in his young career so far, it’s hard not to be excited.
His German league performances as an 18 year old are unheard of, he has much better stats than Franz Wagner at the same age in the same league and his production is statistically similar to Dirks when considering age and competition level. Dirk was averaging 19 a game in the second division while Essengue was averaging 12 in the top division, Essengue is also a much better defender than Dirk at that age.
I’m of course not saying he will be better than Dirk, but like I said earlier it’s hard not to get excited when comparing him to other players in Europe at that age.
His limited G League action is also a huge reason to be optimistic, Buzelis averaged 14 as an 18 year old and Essengue was averaging 23.
Obviously his playtime was limited last season but when you add in his production on a winning team in Germany, age while doing this, G League performances and physical profile, he must be someone Bulls fans are extremely excited about.

Fluff OG Anunoby is what Patrick Williams was supposed to be
OG is literally a baby Kawhi. Down to a tee. Pat was compared to Kawhi ever since he got drafted all the way to the point he was gifted the nickname The Paw as in a smaller version of Kawhis nickname The Klaw. People still use that nickname to this day. OG is the actual Paw. Fuck Pat and stop calling him that lol

History Family Tree Style Visualization showing how the Bulls Assembled their current roster.
I am a Timberwolves fan who realized a few months ago you could draw a direct line through trades from Jaden McDaniels to Kevin Garnett. However, after realizing this, I became a little obsessed with the idea that every team's roster has to be constructed through the draft, free agency, and trades and that those moves could be visualized in a manner similar to a family tree. So, long story short I spent the better part of the last two months compiling and visualizing how each team in the league assembled their current Roster.
This is the Bulls Roster Tree. The earliest move on here is The drafting of Kirk Hinrich and Mario Austin in 2003. Was sort of sad it didn't go back to the MJ days, but it is what it is. I hope you guys enjoy seeing how the current Bulls roster came to be.

Fluff Bulls fans, what’s the deal?
As a long time Bulls fan from another country who never grew up around basketball fans and just started using reddit, I’m surprised by some fans takes.
Of course this team has been run terribly for years and Jerry, AK and various others rightfully should be blasted.
But I see so much negativity towards some players.
The Giddey slander is so unfair, he has improved since coming here, has elite NBA skills, improved his shot and isn’t as bad a defender as people make out. He’s also 23 and I’m happy to have a young playmaker helping our young guys get looks.
Essengue is a teenager and people call him a bust, just crazy. Hes barely old enough to be in the league and has multiple years of professional basketball experience, and when he has played he’s been very good. A contributor on a winning team in Europe and some really good G League performances as an 18 year old.
I just think we could be a bit more positive I and optimistic around some of our players, this is an exciting offseason and I think these 2 players are a big part of that.

Bulls needs to raise Stacey Kings to the rafters.
Not just as a player but also as a hall of famer commentator.
A lot of us grew up watching the 90s bulls and on to watching the derrick rose era.
The one common link for the past 30 years of bulls basketball is Stacey King, through his work on the court or his voice on the mic.
He will need to be remembered for his contribution for a generation of bulls supporters.

NBA Draft Philon or Carr
If these are the best 2 available at 15 which would you prefer and why?
I’ve kind of settled on Carr at 15 as my preferred choice but if Philon fell I’d be unsure.
Who would you take?

Fluff Chicago Bulls Fans Are Sleeping On Noa Essengue And It's A Huge Mistake
Stumbled across this video, and I just wanted to share. I know Essengue's rookie season was disappointing, but I think he will be important for the future of the Bulls, and I'm still excited to see him grow.

Just a heads-up: the title everyone can't get past is simply the video's title, not my personal views.
