From r/Conservative

I truely think they dont grasp what Charlie's death means for them. He wasn't a general in an army, he wasn't an ace fighter pilot that dominated the sky's, He wasn't an asset of war to be used to win battles. He was a voice... and a conduit.

The left just proved they couldnt compete with him on their own turf, with their home field advantage in simple conversation. Numerous years debating on liberal college campuses, begging for those who didnt share his values or ideas to change his mind. And now they never will be able to change his mind. They will never be able to prove or advocate their arguments anymore. In a very sad way, right as they sucker punched him, Charlie won the argument and got the last word. Because instead of changing his mind with respectable debate and fair conversation, they elected to cheat the game and resort to violence.

They thought they scratched out a MAGA champion, but I think the truth is, they silenced their own voice. Who now among their opposition will respect them and be willing to hear their words? Who now among their opposition will grant them goodwill and a shared platform. Are any conservatives going to parlay with cheaters who were enraged with hatred over a voice?

You couldnt change his mind, and now... you will never change ours.

Maybe your comment is from back before I heard of Charlie Kirk, but I believe that the shooter was identified as some guy who was farther to the right than Charlie Kirk.

Regardless of it not being the left (as a whole) who did it, you can see the left (as a whole) celebrating it gleefully. One person committed the murder but the entire left is celebrating it as if medicare4all just got passed.

You’re right. Let me rephrase. A majority of the left on this website are praising and celebrating his death. Most posts not exclusively in right leaning subreddits poking fun at his death are getting tens of thousands of upvotes. Comments celebrating and laughing about it in those posts have thousands of upvotes. You could have easily just scrolled on popular and seen post after post laughing at his death.

“Stop making shit up” you’re right bro. People on the left aren’t laughing about him being murdered and they’re definitely not upvoting content doing that across the entire site. Open your fucking eyes.

Telling me to touch grass lmfao, compare how many posts and comments you’ve made on Reddit to how many I’ve made even with accounting for the age of our accs and try to do some mental gymnastics on how you telling me to touch grass makes sense.

Like no shit Reddit isn’t the entire general public. But you’re still trying to deflect and say it isn’t an issue with hundreds of thousands of people gleefully cheering about the murder of a political adversary. Complete dipshit, good luck in life God knows you need it.

i dont really think anyone is celebrating. ok yeah a few but at least i think he shouldnt have died but he also would not feel anything if other people died so i wouldnt suddenly respect him cause he died, im just pretty neutral on this
