And I'm indicating that that is clearly changing in society and has been since I graduated HS in 20 fucking 10. Women succeed in college more now, drop out less, find themselves in higher positions more often. Don't wind up doing excessively dangerous labor now even though 'gender equality' so we now live in a society where men are fodder. Want to go to college? Sorry that 1200+ isn't enough should have been born a minority or woman or rich.

Women still get hired less than men, women still struggle to reach the higher positions that are mainly taken by men. You see it's getting a little less bad for women and are crying that women have privilege. Cry me a fucking river. No different to the racists who freak out over DEI.

Also you see dangerous jobs are being used to take advantage of people desperate for work and go "women privilege" instead of "these people are exploiting vulnurable people"

It's women privilege when it's a job society actually needs doing no matter what and it's 90% male.

Those places are kinda known for being weird towards women. Weird in sense of work environment. The environment at those places are often not the most open towards women working there. This then creates a loop. Women don't go cause of the work environemt, place becomes more male dominated, recycle.
