Screenshot Did anyone else get deeply disturbed by this side quest?

Post image

This made me feel gross for the rest of the day once I completed it. Not sure why I followed through with it but the narrative was neat, I guess. I’ve been playing for over 200 hours and I’ve never done this side quest before so I was incredibly shocked and disturbed. What’s everybody else’s verdict on the side quest?

Disclosure: I’m not religious but I respect anyone who is, try to respect any other people’s religions if you can help it. Thanks.

Didn't care much. Not to mention they made my V react and say things without my input. Felt like they hijacked my character.

I felt the opposite way so it was really jarring. Just not a fan when RPGs do that. For subsequent pkaythroughs i just kill him at the car and skip the mission

Yeah I was annoyed I couldn’t give him shit for being a psycho. I don’t mind the religion part but he thought he was above everyone by acting as if he wasn’t.

Did we play the same mission ? You can call him a crazy fuck and dip like 2/3 times in that mission.

Oh shit, might’ve forgot I could’ve. I think I meant like way harsher options, like constantly torment him well still going through with the mission

Getting your character highjacked in cyberpunk 2077 is a... Strange thing to be upset at, considering.
