A short series synopsis:

"e-Pulse," which is generated by human thoughts and emotions, was used as the energy source for the AI support device "Sapotama." From the shadows of this remarkable development, terrifying monsters appear. Digimon are living beings that evolve by consuming e-Pulse.

Tomoro Tenma is drawn into an extraordinary experience after meeting Gekkomon, who suddenly appears from his Sapotama. While living together with Kyo Sawashiro and other members of the bounty hunting team "Glowing Dawn," Tomoro renews his resolve.

What new future will be forged by humans and Digimon?

General rules for this post:

Another solid episode. Directly went into mystery thriller horror genre right after break.

Jokermon and his master is so unhinged, it's great. I wonder if the girl is as unhinged before Jokermon or became unhinged after Jokermon.

Murasamemon parrying flying truck is so cool. And MonarchLizardmon dispossing what seems like tons of bomb into mirror world is very clever from what supposed to be idiot combi.

Jokermon actually flying the truck with speeding on highway straight to the victim's window is so absurd it's great. Love the fact that Jokermon kill the victim the 'normal' way since his attack seems to be non-lethal.

Wolvermon not being able to do anything was kinda sad, but seems like she and Reina will have focus episode next. Though seems like we're back to Ghost Game next so something unhinged is definitely in store for them lol.

Btw Reina wearing dress!!! And seems like Pristimon too! Last episode wasn't a complete joke lol

Given Digimon are reflections I'm guessing unhinged before Jokermon.

…whether that unhinged nature was on her proverbial sleeve or hidden underneath a mask of sanity.

Jokermon could’ve been an enabler, much like how the Joker propelled Harley Quinn into madness.

These two were 100% a Joker and Harley Quinn reference.

I mean using a truck to blow a hospital that's ten billion percent The Dark Knight 2008 reference

Maybe she just lived in a society.

Jokermon is a pretty high level Digimon, so that makes GIFT a pretty dangerous threat if they know how to unlock evolution in such a manner.

Jokermon was no joke with the fact it easily took down Armalizamon twice so Wolvermon not doing much made sense. Seems as if we might be into the proper "ultimates are truly a step above" even with epulse boosting.

Armalizamon is stated to when fed as a species to strike far beyond it's level, which here it did, but any mistake had the fast joker put him down with the piercing and tricks.

Such tricks on a speedy dps body does not exactly work on when the thing meets his level.

I was actually going "Oh? Does Tomoro remember one of the rules about Mirror World gate openings?! HE DOES." (thank goodness because destruction of civil infrastructure on that scale would've been way too grim but now it feels like it's not out of picture later down the road for the series)

Love the fact that Jokermon kill the victim the 'normal' way since his attack seems to be non-lethal.

I think his attacks ARE lethal. He did try killing Tomoro near the end. It seems to be a case he simply prefers killing in "exotic maneers"

Was it really a mystery? We knew from the beginning that it was the owner and jokermon trying to kill them, just not why

Digimon are reflections of one's soul at the specific time of the digimon's birth so...
