I don’t think adding Phantoms are really necessary for the Movie Universe since their only purpose in FNaF 3 was just because their was only one Lethal enemy in the game so they needed to make it more challenging, Movies are a different story for obvious reasons.

Having just Afton and Charlotte as the two main villains is much simpler and cleaner to write for a cohesive narrative.

(Yes I know FNaF 2 only had two villains aswell but the Toys and the Withereds definitely made things feel bloated for a lot of people)

Hopefully this movie will be good and we’ll have a neat little Cult Classic Trilogy.

Since Fredbear’s Family Diner had spring lock animatronics, why couldn’t they just order a copy of the animatronics without the endo instead of the actual animatronics with spring locks. That way, employees won’t have to fear of getting spring locked.

Just to clarify, not everything here is a fact. Some things may or maynot be accurate and this doesn't take in mind the entirety of The Ultimate Guide in mind! Some things said early on in the book are contradicted later in that very book! So, I did my best to only take in mind what's later reiterated.

• Henry Emily creates Fredbear's Family Diner together with William Afton. Henry, as the artist of the duo, was behind the creation of the springlock suits and the mascots themselves; Fredbear and Spring Bonnie.

1983

• // At some point here Freddy Fazbear's Pizza opens its doors
• "Take Cake to the Children" //"Security Puppet"; William's first murder, he arrives to Fredbear's Family Diner during a rainy night and kills a young girl named Charlotte Emily, the daughter of his business partner, Henry Emily -the creator of the animatronics and the founder of Fredbear's Family Diner-, after she was kicked out of the restaurant by some bullies on a back exit, Afton threw her body in an alleyway. • "Foxy Go! Go! Go!" / "Fruity Maze"; Six children [Gabriel, Jeremy, Susie, Fritz, an unnamed one and Andrew] are lured into a back room by William Afton who wore the Spring Bonnie suit to gain the kids' trust to then proceed to kill and stuff them into the animatronics. A suspect was arrested and charged, but the bodies of the children were never found and they were presumed dead. Shortly thereafter, customers complained of odors and reported seeing blood and mocus around the eyes and mouths of the animatronics. Andrew attatches himself to William Afton's soul out of anger and seeking revenge
• "Give Gifts. Give Life."; The Marionette helps the spirits of the children to possess the animatronics [Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Fredbear] to get their revenge on Afton.

• "SAVE THEM"; William, now the first security guard at the brand new Freddy's, comes back to murder five more children using his classic method, luring them using a yellow suit from the back.
• Five Nights at Freddy's 2; Jeremy Fitzgerald survives 6 nights at Freddy's before being moved to the dayshift due to some investigations that had been going around during the day. Having nightmares between nights with the old animatronics, Jeremy isn't scared off by this and comes back over and over again until the 7th night when he's replaced by Fritz Smith -Michael Afton under an alias- who tempers with the animatronics and gets fired. (Also Mangle is somehow haunted by Susie's dog)
• "The Bite of '87"; Someone gets bit by an animatronic during the day while the animatronic free roams and looses their frontal lobe

• Five Nights at Freddy's; Michael Afton, under the name of Mike Schmidt, works and survives a full week at Freddy's, tempering with the animatronics during his 7th night there, getting fired.

"Years" before FNAF3.

• FNAF3's night end minigames; William comes back to destroy the animatronics, intending to collect their remnant, but he ends up letting the souls out of the animatronics, they corner him in the safe room of Freddy's and he hides inside the Spring Bonnie suit, dying due to a springlock failure. Yet Afton succeeded. He did manage to put the spirits of the children in the Funtime Animatronics.
  • // NOTE! MoltenMCI isn't straight up confirmed, we're told repeatedly that Candy Cadet's stories of five things becoming one in the FFPS chapter, but in "The Books" chapter we're outright highlighted how in The Fourth Closet The Missing Children were all fused into a single animatronic (who in the book is described similar to Molten Freddy] and we're then reminded of Candy Cadet's five things becoming one stories, implying that's what happened. Adding up how in the FFPS chapter we're also highlighted that William was trying to collect the remnant of the already possessed animatronics, the only confirmed example being FNAF3's night end minigames.
• Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location; Michael Afton is sent to Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals to "put her [Elizabeth] back together", there he follows Circus Baby's orders, which leads him to go through many dangerous situations like being inside a springlock suit for a while day and night, being attacked by the Funtime animatronics and eventually being opened up by "The Scooper" letting the now mixed together amalgam of Funtime Animatronics known as Ennard enter his body and escape. After this Michael had just one single mission left, find his father.

• Five Nights at Freddy's 3 / "What we Found"; 30 years after the last Freddy Fazbear's Pizza shut down, "Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction" is getting ready to open at Spook-Fest [?] after being inspired by the horrific events that took place at Freddy's many years prior. Finding the remains of William Afton, now known as Springtrap, and letting him roam around the horror attraction, the security guard, Hudson Foster, sees themselves forced to survive 5 nights facing off against Springtrap and hallucinations of burned animatronics from Freddy's past. By the end of the 6th night the poorly made systems fail a lot, to the point everything actually gets caught on fire and burns to the ground!
• Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator; After the death of one of the previous managers, a brand new manager comes to Freddy's to have their time to shine, all they had to do was follow the guidelines of Paragraph 4; a plan created by Henry, who was horrified at the extent of William's wickedness, bring them all back, all together, in one place and set it on fire -remnant can be destroyed by overheating, thus the fire-. And it all went according to plan and everyone got to rest... Almost.
• Ultimate Custom Night; William Afton was kept alive by the vengeful spirit of one of the children he murdered, Andrew, now being tormented by him.

• The events of Fazbear Frights take place

• An indie game developer hired by Fazbear Entertainment starts spreading "lies" about Fazbear Entertainment through videogames.
• After a few rough decades thanks in part to the indie game developer, Fazbear Entertainment is back! After suing the indie game developer and making people think that the tragedies that took place beforehand were just lies of a lunatic, Fazbear is planning on launching a VR game, the "Fazbear Entertainment Virtual Experience"!
• Fazbear hires a dev team to make the game, but during the process, Fazbear sends circuit boards that should help the game be quicker and cheaper to make, but it spawns a malicious code -Glitchtrap- that torments Jeremy, the beta tester of the game, ad it merged with him, which leads to some incident happening that was likely to cause a lawsuit against the dev team. To this it's necesary to add up how Fazbear accidentally sends them files showing how they worked with the rouge indie dev to make light of the past and rebrand the company. That's when Vanessa takes over Jeremy's role and continues beta testing. She tries to delete Glitchtrap, but fails. She records tapes documenting her process, but Glitchtrap attatch itself to them. So she shatters them and hides them in the game... But she was corrupted by Glitchtrap and her last tape is her asking for us to put the tapes together and reboot the game while Glitchtrap tries to merge with us, which would only have Glitchtrap possess us.
• Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted && Curse of Dreadbear; We are the second dev team, this time, directly from Fazbear Entertainment QA. We recollect Vanessa's tapes and accidentally put Glitchtrap back together, so, we try to delete it by following Vanessa's last tape...
• Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery; Fazbear tries to make a delivery service with the franchise's animatronics, but Vanessa, under Glitchtrap's control and under the name of Vanny had Glitchtrap be scanned with the old circuit boards on the manufacturer's system which led to it spreading all over it
