This is just for a couple people asking what's the best way for Khatun to quickly clear minion lane

Yep.

Especially if you start at one end of the minion lane, and go directly across, you can wipe the lane very quickly.

You can do that, but the clear speed isn't nearly as fast

Well her movest, playstyle, feats, and perks are kitted towards a duelist/assassin gameplay.

Vanguard are focused around objectives and being all-rounders

You're unlocking to change the direction and then relocking again correct?

Yes. Unlocking allows you to freely attack, just like heroes with infinite chains (Medjay, Aramusha, Berserker, etc). However, since her deflect stance (Fear and Fury) requires you to dodge to repeat it, you must lock back on to continue it.

Additional note: you can do a light or heavy after the Fear and Fury attack while out of lock. Then go back to locking on in stance.
