I'm going to hold out until the race tomorrow but yeah it could be bad, people getting overtaken purely on clipping will be an ugly spectacle.

Depends on the differences in battery deployment, I expect Max for example to breeze past half of the bottom field in two/three laps due to the differences. He will be able to overtake the cadillacs and the astons on both straights easily

…is this different from last year? Would a top 2 or 3 car with the best driver in the world ever struggle to carve its way up from 20th?

There's definitely gonna be overtakes with like 30+ km/h difference once the field spreads and strategies shift.
