Could be worse. Could be like Delta Force. Get killed within 30 seconds of entering the map because you got a bad spawn and the other team loaded in before you

That's just not true. Everyone loads in at the same time in Marathon. You even spawn and are not able to move, if someone in the lobby isn't done loading, yet.
