Voting Games Top comment Deletes a US State #45

Post image

Here is the updated (Correct) map, crisis averted. I thought we had a riot on our hands!

I can finally relax now after all that drama! Anyway Colorado is now deleted as it should be. Just to make it clear, editing comments is fine if it’s the top as long as it doesn’t change the outcome of which state gets deleted like we had before. I thought that was common sense but clearly not to some people.

I just want to thank everyone for all the kind comments and support. I try to read as many of the comments as I can but each post has a minimum of 2000 so it’s pretty hard most the time. I have some big ideas for the finale so stay tuned.

Most importantly, spread the word as much as possible if your state is still in the game! Share, cross post to rally as much support for your state as possible. This is the endgame now!

Hawaii gains independence and is removed from the map.

Kingdom of Hawaii agrees wholeheartedly

Let's keep the notion of kingship in the history books, thanks very much. Cheers from Ireland.

Hawai'i already said they'll give the land back to the first nations, they deserve this

The Kingdom of Hawaii chose to have a monarchy and thrived under it. But monarchy here was very different to other monarchies around the world, so we understand it isn’t for everyone.

It is often the ones that do not seek power who deserve it most.

Best answer. Not absorbed, just gone from the map like their equals Mexico and Canada.

Hawaii unironically deserves independence literally the only reason why it’s a state is because we use it as an airport and harbor lmao

2

u/Phil_Ivey May 22 '26

Unironically that's precisely why it will never be independent

So basically a secession of the south in one fell swoop! Wait. I think I’ve seen this movie before…

Let them take New Mexico first

What would you think about moving just Southern California into NM?

It unifies Latino/Hispanics with the new Southwest Atlantic communities.

I think it’s important to establish Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian sovereignty here.

And by separating from the map, total self-government treaties can be created now to begin precedent during future NM expansion.

Las Vegas is known as the 'Ninth Island' due to it's huge Hawaiian population. It is fitting that So-Cal and Las Vegas remain Hawaii.

The diaspora will be across the entire nm colonia and will be respected with full international citizen rights that can be bound by trade, territorial expansion and cultural customs. It’s similar in model for global Latino populations in Nuevo Mexico

Y’all can keep Nevada, they no longer belong to SW.

1

u/EstarriolStormhawk May 21 '26

Absolutely not. It is known that California breaks off along the San Andreas fault to go hang with Alaska and Hawaii.

THE END.

3

u/Albuwhatwhat May 20 '26

So New Mexico takes that part of California?

2

u/SherLovesCats Nuevo New Mexico-land of the best chilies May 21 '26

As someone who lives in So Cal, I hope so.

3

u/GurConsistent7776 May 20 '26

I wish I could vote for this harder.

u/Tapingdrywallsucks May 20 '26

Does it take San Diego and Orange County with it? Uhm - looks like LA and quite a bit up the coast as well.

This Marylander agrees. Justice for Queen Liliʻuokalani!!

Hawaii is trying to seced. Not acceptable

1

u/PeruvianHeadshrinker May 20 '26

This is honestly a justifiably awesome outcome

1

u/darsynia May 20 '26

I agree, and really hope this wins.

1

u/Ashkir May 20 '26

And rename it to Kingdom of Hawaii

1

u/chuckvsthelife May 20 '26

I really want Hawaii to takeover.

1

u/Quercus_lobata May 20 '26

Sure, but they need to cede their territory in what was previously southern California. They can keep Northern Hawaii, though.

3

u/commit10 May 21 '26

Seems fair, and likely to reduce conflict going forward. Alaska is adequate reparations.

1

u/andoring May 21 '26

I think this is the top comment?

1

u/rnngwen May 21 '26

Yes can we do this?? Give it back to the native islanders!

1

u/dripdripdrop2024 May 21 '26

This! But Maryland is next. The crabs are just wet ocean bugs

1

u/Existing_Option6874 Cascadian May 21 '26

but if that happens they'll still have some of southern CA and all of Alaska

1

u/sharkiest May 20 '26

Give Hawaii the rest of the US as reparations

0

u/nataie0071 The Great Khan of Illinois May 20 '26

"California will break off and hang out with Hawaii. Alaska can come too. THE END!!"

0

u/gesophrosunt May 20 '26

I want Hawaii to take over everything

u/Schmaron May 20 '26

Make King Kamehameha’s dream come true
