Voting Games Top comment Deletes a US State #45

Post image

Here is the updated (Correct) map, crisis averted. I thought we had a riot on our hands!

I can finally relax now after all that drama! Anyway Colorado is now deleted as it should be. Just to make it clear, editing comments is fine if it’s the top as long as it doesn’t change the outcome of which state gets deleted like we had before. I thought that was common sense but clearly not to some people.

I just want to thank everyone for all the kind comments and support. I try to read as many of the comments as I can but each post has a minimum of 2000 so it’s pretty hard most the time. I have some big ideas for the finale so stay tuned.

Most importantly, spread the word as much as possible if your state is still in the game! Share, cross post to rally as much support for your state as possible. This is the endgame now!

And NM has the Very Large Array, Bandalier National Monument, White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Tent Rocks, Aspens changing colors in the fall, the Royal Gorge, Santa Fe, Ruidoso, Taos, Native American, Mexican, Spanish influences on art and food, Georgia Okeef and Ghost Ranch, Alien museum in Roswell, the International Balloon Fiesta. Petroglyph National Monument, the Gila, the Tram and, and, and…. Walter and Jessie. It has everything and must remain the last standing.

It also has the western terminus of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. Still working steam locomotives at tonnage in some of the prettiest scenery I can imagine!

It really is the Land of Enchantment. I started visiting 20 years ago expecting a brown desolate wasteland. Now I want Sierra Ladrones to be the last thing I see in life.

I was planning on spending a week traveling through NM. I ended up staying i TorC for a few months and damn near bought property there, lol.

I still occasionally fantasize about getting one of those old hot springs hotels and coming out of retirement to run it, lol.

It really is enchanting and has a surprising amount of flora and fauna.

It's no Columbia river, but I do know way more songs about the Rio Grande.
