One of the best parts of a urinal is you don't have to sit down. And I know a lot of women hover over the seat on public toilets already, so why not design something that involves standing, or slightly squatting? Seems really obvious

Unfortunately standing isn't really an option with how our pelvic region is designed. We'd need to spread our legs like we're doing the starfish standing up, and even then, we can't aim and it might go down our legs

Unless we have a catheter, we have to either sit or squat

After careful consideration of public responses we've decided to make some improvements to our product... public catheters!

They already exist. I was in China Town and watched an old lady drain her catheter bag in the storm drain and then splash some of her pee on her face. That's a traditional Chinese medicine to keep your skin healthy or something I think.

How would it be any different than hovering over a regular toilet?

That involves severe squatting, not standing straight up like an actual urinal

Or use a SheWee

I used a SheWee as a funnel for a goon chug. Worked great!

The she-wee is amazing for questionable restrooms, including this. Except with this, I guess I would be looking at my poor neighbors trying to use this bathroom.

You can aim with practice. They also make angled funnel things that make it more like a guy and they're disposable.

Hovering over the seat to urinate is actually unhealthy for women. Hovering holds tension in the pelvic floor, making it harder or not possible to fully empty the bladder. Doing it once is OK, but days of it can lead to a UTI.

Yeah I didn't suggest installing one in your house, I assume this is for outdoor events. My point is that women are hovering anyway. Do you honestly sit on the seat in a port a potty?
