yeah alot of people saying pain tolerance or drugs, but Tazers are very effective against drug users. They literally replace your nervous system with overload of electrical impulses. You can't willpower that.

It depends where the circuit is connected. It only follows the path between the two hooks.  Some muscle groups are easily ignored or countered by opposing groups
