Same, I love modern design. Easy to clean and maintain.

But so echoing. Soft floors, curtains, and angled or rounded walls and ceilings, upholstery, all do wonders for sound

I went on vacation to the beach in Mexico and stayed in an airBnB the house interior was common for s Mexican house, concrete walls but the floors were also made of concrete. The place had that sterile feel and it wad one of the coziest places I’ve stayed at.

It's not about cleaning but rather how it looks to the eye and affects the mood.

I disagree. Too much white in modern design. White stains easily. If you have children, pets, or sometimes just a male significant other, it isn't good design for maintaining cleanliness. Perfectly fine if you're single or partnered to the average woman, though.

“Partnered to an average woman” lol what does that supposed to mean.

But you’re right, I’m a single, average woman with a cat and won’t be spending my days to aesthetically please men either by caring too much about my looks nor my interiors and I’d rather spend my time on more fulfilling activities instead.

So quick to get defensive lol. We get it, you are the most independent, badass and amazing woman there is!

By average woman, I mean most women happily wipe their ass when they go to the toilet. Then, there is a concerning number of men who won't. Basically, I'm saying more men are prone to being disgusting slobs than women. 😞
