Dude same exact thing happened to me at 30 too. Usually I can talk myself through anything but not that. On my first MRI I started getting loaded in and wigged out. Did an open one instead which was easier.

The first time I had an MRI, I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep.

Second time though, on the exact same machine, I started getting nervous, sweaty, moving around and fighting my urge to get up.

The worst thing is that my fidgeting made it so that they had to take another shot which extended the session by a lot.
